Caffé B Club Street

FAQ on Caffé B Club Street :

1. What attracts you to come to this restaurant?
👉 As part of our belated 2 years wedding anniversary and post Christmas lunch, we made reservation in this Japanese Italian fusion fine dining restaurant. This restaurant serves some Instagrammable dishes as well which is a delight in not only tastebud, but social media!

2. What do you expect to dine in this restaurant?
👉 Japanese Italian fusion fine dining dishes, from set lunch to ala carte to 5 courses dinner menu and Omakase dinner menu.

3. What is the recommended time to dine in this restaurant?
👉 If you would like to have an affordable dining and prefer pasta over some 5 courses dinner, then you can opt for lunch. There are ala carte menu available too just in case you are not really interested in their pasta set lunch. My personal preference would be dinner, they have 5 courses dinner priced at $99+ and Omakase dinner (means dinner menu decided freely by the chef himself) priced at $159+. However, this restaurant is fully booked during this peak December period for dinner time.

We reserved Caffé B Club Street as part of our post celebration for 2 years wedding anniversary and post Christmas celebration, and it was an enjoyable fine dining experience for us! We made our reservation online 1 week ago, and couldn't secure seats for dinner, thus we only chose to have lunch in the restaurant. It was full house on last 2 weeks of December as everyone is going out for nice meals or some Christmas/New Year gathering.

After being seated, we flipped through the menu which consists of pasta set meal and ala carte. Pasta seal meal is priced affordably at only $20+ and consists of salad, pasta, and drink. However, we had our eyes set at ala carte menu and thus we ordered appetizer and main courses separately ourselves. There are also dessert and wine menu available for selection as well. After contemplating for a while, we made the orders as below:

👉 Amera Tomato & Burrata Cheese (appetizer) - $18

Burrata cheese with tomato jelly, genovese sauce (onion based sauce), basil, sliced lemon peels, edible flower petals, and extra virgin olive oil. Definitely an Instagram worthy appetizer which tasted good as well. The lemon juice balanced up the cheese and it felt refreshing to the mouth. The tomato jelly added up the chewiness of the dish. The extra virgin olive oil which made the cheese became more smooth and flower petals which were an amazing touch to the meal. Good thing was the cheese smell was not very strong to our liking. Not a bad choice to open up our appetite.

👉 Spicy Lobster Risotto (main course) - $28

Buttered risotto simmered in chilli lobster broth and parmesan cheese as an additional topping on the dish. This dish was another Instagram worthy main course, with a generous serving of whole lobster on top of the risotto, and a parmesan cheese at the side which was crispy and nice. The risotto which had "fed" in lobster broth made the taste of the grains nice and mouth watering. Don't be freak out with the word spicy, it was not spicy at all! The dish was very famous and it tends to sold out, I was lucky enough to be the one who had the last plate on the day (we arrived at the restaurant only after 15minutes of opening time, guess they don't have much servings of lobster daily, so grabbed it if you can!😚)

👉 Argentina Grass Fed Rib Eye Steak (main course) - $28

Steak which was served with baked seasonal vegetable and pommery mustard. My husband ordered medium rare cooked steak. The steak had some sweet juicy meat which were delicious. I couldn't enjoy steak so there was not much comment on the dish 😂

👉 Fruity Pudding (dessert) - Complimentary

Complimentary fruity pudding dessert served in eggshell shape. The pudding dessert was a nice sweet touch to all diners as everyone got this complimentary at the end of the meals (not sure is it complimentary during this period or any visit). Definitely an Instagram worthy dessert! We were contemplating which dessert to order initially, but they got us this, so ended up we not order additional dessert already.

👉 Green Tea (drink) - Complimentary

Complimentary green tea for all diners served either hot or cold.
